1. Introduction Welcome to Travo Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our application, website (panel.travo.taxi), and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Definition of Services Travo Inc. provides a technology platform that connects users seeking transportation ("Riders") with independent third-party drivers ("Drivers") to provide transportation services. You acknowledge that Travo Inc. does not provide transportation services itself but acts as an intermediary.

Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel a trip after it has been accepted by a Driver.

Not to cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage to the Driver or any other party.

To wear a seatbelt and adhere to all applicable safety laws.

Not to carry any illegal or hazardous materials.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Travo Inc. disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, not expressly set out in these Terms. We do not guarantee the reliability, quality, or safety of the Drivers or the transportation services.

7. Limitation of Liability Travo Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past six months.

8. Termination We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Changes to the Terms We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your consent to the new Terms.
